After more than seven years at the Education Endowment Foundation, I’m stepping into a new chapter.

It’s been a privilege to work alongside such a talented, purpose-driven team, deepening my understanding of how research evidence can meaningfully support teachers and improve outcomes for disadvantaged learners. Leading and learning from colleagues across the country has been a defining part of that work.

From July, I’ll be working directly with schools, colleges and trusts through my consultancy, aiming to build sustained partnerships, translating evidence into practical classroom strategies, and supporting staff development in literacy and much more.

Alongside this, I’m developing training and resources linked to my new book, 'Literacy Essentials for Every Teacher', alongside adaptive teaching, and more. If you’re looking for clear, evidence-informed support to make a difference in practice, do get in touch.
